Meet our team
Meet the team of R&T IMG Clinicals
Need USCE (U.S Clinical Experience)? We will help you pursue your dream. Our prime focus will be on improving your learning experience and not just on LoR’s. We, at R&T Img Clinicals, are officially registered for providing tele-rotation for IMGs and medical students. No more discontinuation for medical students that are unable to finish their Clinical-Rotations. Hereby, medical students can attend telehealth rotations worldwide via live web and receive a letter of recommendation for a 4 Week tele-rotation in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and other specialties by request. Medicos can register themselves for their desired specialty. We also conduct live Q & A webinars for students/IMGs. Students will be given the opportunity to diagnose, receive assessment letter, hospital LOR’s, and take case presentations along with group discussions.
With R&T IMG Clinicals we are the only company that offers a Simulation Lab in one of the largest Teaching institutions in the world Stroger Cook County Hospital. The Simulation is taught by Doctors, Program Directors, Program Recruiters, and Cook County Hospital Fellows. Our Simulation Lab is also under the leadership of Rush University Simulation Lab.
Meet The CEO of R&T IMG Village, Toya J. Banks
Previously the Vice-President of B&B Allied Health.
Toya has worked in the healthcare field for 27 years. For the past 12 years, she has been instrumental in helping IMG’s from all over the world prepare for USLME, State Boards, and Clinical Rotations. Toya’s track record speaks for itself due to the fact that a great deal of her IMG’s have matched though-out the USA and she is often invited to India to attend Weddings of past clients.
Toya has always said that she fights so hard to help IMG’s because she knows first hand the need and the shortage of Doctors in America for primary care. With her gentle demeanor and her love for medicine, she has kept in touch with hundreds if not thousands of her past clients.
(I’m often told that I act as if each client is my child my response is always the same I have only one child and if she was in a foreign country with no family and know not one person I pray she would meet someone like myself that cares not only about leaning the human body but also nurturing the human spirit with kindness and generosity so that no one is left behind or feels alone)
So please join our Village. Here all are welcomed there’s a saying we say in America that it takes a village to help raise a child in the way they should go. Let us help you accomplish your American dream of being a Board Certified USA Doctor.
